Re-locating from abroad - looking for a single family home to rent - furnished. How easy is it to find suitable single family homes to rent that are fully furnished? Is this the 'norm' or do families tend to 'rent' the furniture if they are not shipping their own.

It would be very rare to find a fully furnished house for rent. Is this a temporary assignment for you? If you are truly relocating I would expect your employer to pay to move your belongings or provide you with an allowance to purchase furniture here. My company has a facility in Cork and we frequently move people back and forth to MA.

Where did Newton and Peabody come from? I thought you were focusing on Andover and Reading for schools and ease of commute to Wilmington and Boston?

It's hard enough to find a rental house in decent condition in some of these towns. Adding in a requirement that the house is furnished makes it an impossible task. There are companies out there that rent furniture though. You could always contract with one to furnish your rental.
