Where in South Eastern Massachusetts can you have a fire on the beach?

Pick a town and call the fire dept. There are towns on the Cape that allow it but with a permit. There are other towns here where you cannot even have a campfire. Access to the beach is also limited and will require a oversand permit if you are planning on driving out. Years ago a friend had a permit for Duxbury but to have fire you needed a ring to contain sparks. Make some calls.

Look into White Horse Beach in Plymouth. I've been witness to many fires there back in the day, can't say for sure if they were legal though.
