I started this separate thread because I am interested in specific information and insight on the Jamaican, Brazilian, and Hispanic/Latino communities on Nantucket Island.

Specifically...

1. Amenities/stores/markets serving the respective communities.

2. Restaurants for the respective communities.

3. Barbershops/salons owned by and/or serving the respective communities.

4. English-language classes that may serve the communities.

5. The general lifestyle of the respective communities.

6. Any other useful and helpful information about the communities.

*Thank you in advance! I will be checking back often and adding to this conversation!

Do you have any information or links about Jamaican/Caribbean/African/Black barbershops or hair salons on Nantucket?
