Does anyone know much about this place? How is it to live? How's the place in general?

It is close to the college if it is the building I'm thinking of, so likely some student population there.

Very beautiful street. The part that's closer to the country club feels like classic New England. Once you get near Edgell the student population increases dramatically and you'll hear some road noise from Rt-9 because of the higher elevation and there fewer trees to shield you from the road. It's a safe place to live, but if you plan on walking to any of the local businesses watch out for the crazy drivers on the Rt-9 to Edgell merge ramp. There have been many pedestrians hit while crossing the dimly-lit road.
