Wow, you learn something new every day! I followed the links and found some very interesting reading.
First, the MassHealth eligibility for illegal immigrants is for emergency services only, which would seem to speak to my earlier question but just seems to be shifting the burden rather than addressing the problem.

Second, one of the requirements is to have an ITIN number. My question is, why would the government issue and ITIN to someone not legally here? "That's OK, Mr/Ms. Illegal Immigrant, you're status is allright with us (IRS) as long as you pay taxes." (This does not make them eligible for SS)

Amazing how our government works.
Still, I'll bet dollars to donuts that the majority of undocumented workers do not have an ITIN and cannot apply for MassHealth Limited.
What a sticky situation our illustrious government has placed us in. Our tax dollars hard at work!

"I don't have a problem with the illegals trying to make a better living for themselves."

I don't either, just not here.

"What I do have a problem with is the illegals home countries. I believer those countries just don't care about there own citizens. And we have to pay the price for those Countries corrupt governments."

No, we don't. I don't want any of my meager funds going to other countries and certainly not to people here who should not be here in the first place.

I think you misunderstood my meaning. I want to use more heavy handed tactics to force these countries to to take care of there own. We need to put far more political pressure on these countries. I'm not suggesting we throw money to these governments. In fact if we did more than likely the officials in those countries would misuse it. Also all of this will be above board this time. No more banana republic crap. This time we must be openly hostile to some of these countries governments where the illegals come from.
