Mortgage lenders are all doing the same "act" but at varying prices. Remember you are paying to buy money from them. No different then price shopping for groceries. Who you "hang" the mortgage with does not matter. Their terms do. Most of them will sell your mortgage after a year but also this does not matter to you as the rate (your cost) will not change.
