Oh, interesting. I guess I was thinking of the newer cul-de-sac neighborhoods in Ashland, which are only ones I'm familiar with - $500+. And then your point makes sense also because of the luxury condos at Natick mall or "collection" brings up the average? idk

I doubt the hand full of luxury condos at the Natick Collection that changed hands in a given year affected the town stats. Natick is more pricey than Ashland

Newer cul de sac neighborhoods in Natick are mostly in the $750k-$900k range. It might've been on the same level as Ashland a long time ago (both were blue-collar towns), but Natick's reputation has really gone up in the past 10-15 years due to location and amenities.
