Hi Everyone!

I am currently staying with family while trying to find a great place to rent with my fiance after my June 2008 wedding. I do have a 1 year old who goes to a home daycare in Framingham which I love and would hate to leave. I work in the Chiswick Business Park in Sudbury so it's important to me to be in close proximity to the Sudbury/Framingham line (since it's in between my job and daycare). I haven't heard the best things about the Marlboro or Framingham rentals (cost vs. quality) so I was hoping that you all might be able to give me truth vs. fiction and have some great places in mind. I am willing to go upto 10 miles from the Sudbury/Framingham line.

While my son isn't near school age yet, it's important that there is some great kid activities around as well as other young couples (we're mid 20's).

Of course, price is always of concern with a young kid and post-wedding costs

Thanks so much for your help!!!

Do you prefer a complex over a single-family rental or rental in a multi-family? Sudbury and North Framingham are nice areas and I know there are lots of kid activities in Sudbury. Those are certainly nicer areas than Marlboro and S Framingham. Also, one thing to be careful of with a little one is rentals with lead paint. Landlords are supposed to disclosure whether their rentals have lead paint and if it's been treated but they don't always do so.

Thanks ScarletFire. I forgot to mention that we have a small "pekeapoo" dog (about 5 lbs) and he has 2 cats so we need a pet friendly place. I think it would really depend on who we were around in terms of type of place. If we were in a nice neighborhood and great neightbors I certainly don't think we'd mind a multi-family or complex. Price is a huge factor for us since we both have student loans and daycare costs, not to mention are still both in our "post college graduation" jobs. Thanks for the help!
