The weird Massachusetts law about

I found this article to be a good read. I am familiar with the disclosure requirements and think they make sense.

It made me think of the time I went to an open house in Natick. There was a cute little house close to the downtown for sale about 15 years ago.

The agent was a nice guy and me and my friends were the only attendees of the open house at the time. He showed us around, and seemed a bit on edge, but I dismissed it. When we were in the basement, a pole came falling down on him seemingly from out of nowhere. It wasn't heavy and he fine, just startled and embarrassed.

When I was walking out of the house after looking, I noticed that the open house sign (one of the heavy metal triangular signs) was tossed on the front lawn like a heavy wind knocked it over or someone hurled it. It struck me as weird because it was a calm day and I hadn't seen any people or kids about who would have thrown it.

Some other odd stuff happened as well that I can't remember. I am often one to dismiss odd happenings as explainable but, the thought popped in my head that maybe the house was haunted. It was an older 1880 home that had been renovated, so who knows?

Possibly. Many people died in their homes then rather than in a hospital.
