I don't know what is going on with my typing lately. That should be *Catholic,* obviously.

And yes, the pearlescent white!! It's as if that was the only color Escalade available!

Kardashian's entourage must've bought all the black ones. No seriously, now that you mention it I don't think I've ever seen an Escalade that wasn't black or white.

I don't want to kill on the town, but almost everyone we knew moved as well, so we can't all be wrong.
they were all lined up to get into St. Francis to drop off their kids. I used to drive past a line of them every AM

Thanks everyone for the inside scoop on Stoneham. An interesting town, no doubt.

Hi Mick! This is a conversation I have regularly with people as they move into our area. What usually happens is people start their search in Andover, Arlington, Winchester, Lexington all fabulous - really fabulous communities with higher home values. Ultimately they seem to end up in North Andover, North Reading, Wilmington, Burlington. It's very possible to find a renovated home in the size range that you are looking for around $600,000 in these towns. Good luck with your search.

Andover is not in same price bracket as those others, other things equal. It's alot cheaper. I disagree with the rest of this post as well. I've never heard of somebody shopping for a home in Lexington & ending up in wilmington.
That's like going shopping for Louis Vuitton & coming home with paper bags from ocean state job lot. Haha

I think it's a more of a a "I want the best schools possible and I'm sure I can find something under $350K in Lexington." When the reality slaps them in the face then they consider less expensive towns.
