Somerville and Cambridge make up 20% of the list, crazy. People laughed at me when I was talking up Somerville 10 years ago, many people still don't get it. And half of the apartments in Inman are actually in Somerville. Seems kind of odd that the whole list only has 4 cities in it?

It also shows how incapable humans are at playing the long game ... based on current sea level projections, all of these cities will likely be impacted in a significant way. But hell, there are other forces which might do Boston in before then ... a collapse of higher ed, crumbling infrastructure combined with exceedingly high maintenance costs, weather change which makes 110" winters the norm and businesses flee to temperate climates, decline of US power, poor governance, a great great depression, etc.

Yea lots of people don't get the allure of super expensive tiny lots, city life and schools, mayor curtatone, etc. I live in Somerville and I don't get half of it.

I get it, I just don't like it. I can understand why some people do though. City life and rural life are not for me. Something in between like Wellesley or Needham is my preference.

That's good, because if everyone wanted to live here it would be even MORE expensive!

No way, I hope it keeps up. I barely pay a mortgage thanks to clueless yuppies.

Ugh, I would consider that a minus in most cases.
