I've noticed that H-1B visa persons here in Florida have "temporary" stamped on their driver's licenses. Is the same true for Mass? Is there some sort of identifying mark or text?
I've heard varying reports. Personally, I was over here on a different visa before I got my greencard and was able to get one just fine- no 'temporary' stamps or anything.
No, There is NO identification on Mass Driver License for H1B (or any) visa type. You get a license 5 years valid from your latest birthday irrespective of validation of your work authorization.
thats right. you get 5 yrs of validity on MA license from your Birthdate irrespective of your work visa status.
