Skip the first two--they are ads. But the list that follows should give the OP some good leads.
We're happy to help, don't want to think of you ending up at Pizza Hut.

Oscars in ludlow is great and not conveyor belt pan pizza. Great pitas too.

On a pizza note: why is it that western mania the only place that sells party pizzas? In eastern my you need to shell out $40+ for a party. Western ma pizza places has these amazingly huge square pizzas that can feed an army for $20

I was raised on it, so there are things I like about it. And everyone needs a grease fix. However I guess I view the style as fundamentally flawed versus regions that have a clear and consistent vision of what a pizza ought to be. New England has no pizza style consistency nor a celebrated contribution to betterment of the pie. Which is not to say every place is bad, just taken together our pizzerias are not pulling in similar directions! There's a reason you don't hear about people opening "New England style" pizzerias in other parts of the country, though once in a while I'll see a pizza place called "Boston Pizzeria" or something similar when traveling and am tempted to ask them what exactly they mean to imply.

I disagree. The N End, E Boston have distinctive pizza styles, and is copied in other city neighborhoods and nearby but quickly yields to the "House of Pizza" type by the time you reach 128. So does Providence. The Greek style pizza is a (Southern) New England thing as well, and is the norm outside those cities.

There is a chain named Boston Pizza, actually based in Canada. They had one in my college dining hall, it no way resembles real Boston style pizza.

I used to set up at the Brimfield antique shows. Francesco's Restaurant in Brimfield on Rte. 20 is an Italian restaurant that makes very good pizzas. The smaller ones are round but they also make large party size rectangular ones.

Otherwise, you may find this link useful. Palmer is closer to you than Brimfield and has a decent amount of restaurants. Plus you might want to go there for general shopping as there is a Walmart and a large grocery store to the left as you exit the Pike. And from Chicopee to go to Francesco's, I would take the Palmer exit on the Pike and get on Rte. 20 east to get to that place.

No need to go to Palmer to shop if you live in Chicopee. There is everything you need in town or right next door. Look into Capri pizza in Holyoke , I hear nothing but great things about them. There are so many pizza joints around I'd say just keep trying them till you find one you like.
