Anyone here take the Franklin line from Norfolk or Walpole into the city? How is parking, especially later in the morning (i.e., 8:00 or 8:30ish)?

There's additional parking in a large lot across the street in Norfolk ( via a tunnel that goes under Main St.). Walpole has about 5 lots, I believe.

So it's not difficult to find parking?

I can't speak for the Franklin line specifically but most lots on other lines fill up by 8. I think you'll find it quite difficult to find parking. If all else fails, driving to Route 128 may be your best option that late.

I use both the Norfolk and Walpole lots.

By 8 AM the close parking spaces are taken but there is PLENTY of parking at slightly longer walk lots at both Norfolk and Walpole.

Also, if worst comes to worst you an drive to Norwood Central (15 minutes from Walpole) and it has a massive lot that never fills up.
