I want to move to a renovated mill building on Beacon St in Worcester. Does anyone have any thought on the neighborhood? I am not familiar with Worcester.

If you are not familiar with Worcester then how do you know you want to move to a renovated mill building there?

Yes. Mostly negative ones.

There's a reason those are real cheap. I know the goal is to try and turn that area around, and for the right person hey, it might be a real opportunity to get in on the ground level. But I would not go into that area not being fully and completely aware of the situation - it is not a good neighborhood. It's a neighborhood called Main South and it can be pretty sketchy.

Dear God, no. I was just by there recently, and it hasn't changed. They're trying. They really are, but I would advise against it.

There are plenty of wonderful neighborhoods in Worcester - this is not one of them.

Is that your example of a bad neighborhood? A picture of a couple old mills and a parking lot? What a charmed life you must lead.

Are you familiar with Main South? Are you saying it's a good place?
