I am a MA resident who will work only several days in my company's CT office each year, so technically I am receiving some income from CT every year. Do I need to ask my employer to withhold CT income tax from my paycheck? How should I file state tax returns next year for this situation? Thanks.

Don't bother with withholding, but you will need to file with detailed dates for both States. Had that issue when we moved to North Carolina.
You probably will need a real accountant, not someone registered with City-Data. ;-)

I wouldn't worry about it for only 10 days. I presume that your company withholds MA taxes - if so, just keep it like that. CT isn't going to chase for you unless you're an athlete or entertainer making significant income.
