Remember Larry Kelly? Say what you will about him but the man cared.

I'm fine with anyone flying or waving anything. Although sometimes if it's way off base I keep a distance. Years ago some guy was protesting and saying "Hispanic is not a real race" in downtown springfield. Uh...yeah that might not be a good move.

Heck ever see Portlandia? The "Allergy pride parade" it seems too real now.

Who is Larry Kelly?

No, "Hispanic" is not a race.

I don't think I've ever seen Portlandia.

The home that you listed is out in the middle of Cape Code. No traffic, it's likely still 2 hours to Boston. And, while you say you don't need to be close, I'd suggest staying close(r). Traffic in the summer is a nightmare down that way, too, and it's a ghost town off-season. Never heard good things about raising a family in the Cape. It's...isolating..

EDIT: MA property tax is middle of the road as a %, but due to the high valuation of homes/property, they still remain higher than average. Certainly not going to be LI taxes, or Cook County IL.
I lived in Cold Spring Harbor for a while as a kid. Much later on my folks had a summer place near Portsmouth. I really liked the Portsmouth and Exeter areas, but they have gotten pretty expensive. The OP might try around Kingston/E Kingston and Kensington.

Hispanic means someone from a Spanish speaking country. If we're talking about Latin America, there are ones of European origin or race, native origin or race, and many more of mixed origin. Plus there are Spanish speaking Latin American countries with large minorities of people of African ancestry.

Most Latin American countries are very diverse. It would be like calling everyone from the US part of an "American" race.

Talking Try The Blackstone Valley Area

Hi:

For $425000 you can get a nice home if you concentrate on The Blackstone Valley Corridor. There are so many nice homes and great schools.

Here is an awesome website for the schools: https://www.greatschools.org/massachusetts/

Here is some information on the Blackstone Valley Area: https://www.nps.gov/blac/index.htm

I know something about all the towns here in Massachusetts and also Rhode Island so if you need more information, let me know.
