Man shooting at random vehicles in Seekonk (North Seekonk: crime, live)

Three vehicles were shot at in the area of Newman Ave. and Pine St. (North Seekonk). 24-year-old Joshua Furtado, who lived on nearby Kent Drive, was arrested and police found multiple ghost guns in production at his house. All appear to be totally random, and cannot imagine what might have brought this sicko to do this. So much for these strict Mass. gun laws...
