Cape Cod Todd: I think the "smearing with jelly" idea only works at Jellystone Park.

Wow.

A friend of ours just sent us a video he took today in Duxbury. He was out on his boat and a dolphin jumped out of the water right in front of it. I suppose the sharks will be coming after them, next.

Just as likely to be the other way around.

I swam with my kids on the Cape this weekend, but discretion may be the better part of valor at Nauset this week if they are are this close in...

ps the mother saying “it’s not coming up on the sand, this isn’t Sharknado” wins!

Saw that this morning.

Every year as the summer wanes they come in closer as they chase meals into the shallows.

I was out on the bay today and didn't see any sharks but did see 2 giant sunfish. At the boat ramp a couple coming in asked us about our fishing venture and they said they had traveled to the canal and along the way they saw what they thought was a dead shark floating along with a big bite out of it.

I wonder if it will wash up on a beach soon and the news will mention it?

I was on the Cape last week and we were debating whether to go to Nauset or Craigville one day. I'm glad we ended up at Craigville.

As an aside, Craigville was teeming with jellyfish that day. I've never seen so many in my life. The lifeguard told my friend she treated over 60 people who had been stung that day. One little kid got stung on his face. My kids mostly stayed on the sand.
