A little off topic . . . however I'm wondering how often they revisit the level they classify the offenders at? This guy is basically at the second highest risk level according to what I've read. Yet, he hasn't had an offense in 20 years. The conclusion I would come to (personal opinion) given the level of risk and the length between offenses is that this guy is basically a ticking time bomb. Unless of course, they just establish a risk level and leave it there until his time on the registry is done.

He hasn't been caught and charged with another offense. I guess the OP could try to talk to some of the neighbors there to hear what they say about the guy.

It's kind of moot. You'd have to be insane to buy next to a Level 3 sex offender. You'd never be able to sell your house.

Been in North Easton since 1991. My kids grew up there (son was in 2nd grade when we moved from Brockton). Every town has it's issues. Maybe the Easton town line bordering Brockton is considered by some to be the new Brockton (whatever that means) but don't kid yourself. Towns like Needham, Dover, etc. have crap to, but maybe kept better under wraps. This isn't about Easton but simply about a registered sex offender. If that gives you discomfort than don't move within "x" blocks or miles to a registered offender.

Agreed, every town has it own issues...and of course Easton is no where near Brockton or some called the new Brockton. Lived in Mansfield but moved to Easton 10 years ago and not looking to go anywhere because of kids school
