I don't think it's overly sophisticated it's the MBTA website. Maybe Natick is overvalued but I wouldn't say Sharon is more valuable than Natick because of the commuter rail schedule.

During normal rush hour this would be 30min vs 1hr

The Sharon 128 commute is terrible. Thats why Sharon takes a hit. I had a boss a long time ago who lived in Sharon and she told me it took her 50 minutes on her driving commute. This was back in 2010 so its much worse now with the hot economy.
