I don't think so either. As an employee if it took 10-15 minutes just to go between my desk and the street that would be a huge negative for me. Skyscrapers make for the worst work environments. Furthermore views of the city should be irrelevant. Employers would not hire me to stare out the windows and I would not take a job just to stare out the windows.

Doesn’t what’s on the street matter? Even if it only takes 5min to walk outside from your desk, if you’re in an office park in Burlington it’s not like your gonna keep walking once you’re out.

The move to the city is simply an attempt to attract lower paying new graduates. Workers in the suburbs have higher expenses (mortgage, car, child care etc) and generally more senior/experienced.

How are people's experience with working with these new millennials? are they just a bunch of whiny kids who job hop every 2 years?

I'm sorry I don't know what you are getting at with that comment. Furthermore I have never had the luxury of a city work location that was only 5 minutes out to the street, everything was 10 minutes plus with the typical centralized lobby security and the restrictions requiring the use of only the elevators.

Maybe with Georgias new Anti-abortion law causing some actresses to boycott filming in the state, Massachusetts can take over as Hollywood East! Bostons already a popular filming location.
