What's funny is that a few of my neighbors keep their snowblowers out front in their driveway in full view and have for weeks. I said that's a great way to get it stolen.

However...they are still all there.

Those guys in Attleboro are Aholes. I hope they get caught.

Love this weather! Took a walk yesterday soaking up the sun and warm weather. Wearing a tank top right now...in January! Maybe next week we'll have a blizzard.

Did a BBQ outdoors with friends in shorts and flip flops. I love Boston in January!

After how this winter started, this is not how I pictured January to be

That confirms my idea that weather can't usually be predicted more than a week or two in advance. Even by experts. Hence the premise of this thread ("it's gonna be that type of winter") is unlikely to be true. You just can't know. Even the Farmer's Almanac is always wrong.

I have never seen the playgrounds so crowded. It's like everyone knew this was going to be a rare, this-weekend-only kind of thing.

I vacuumed and cleaned out my cars in shorts yesterday and played out in the yard with the kids for hours. Got a chance to do a mid-winter cleanup of the yard, restocked my salt buckets, and got rid of the last of xmas decorations. It was great!

And then I wake up and it's 29 and flurries outside

What a weekend...loved it, although I do get scared when this kind of thing happens because I fear Mother Nature will be paying us back.

And I bet Greta Thunberg is tantruming and talking with her media consultants about how to use this to scold and shame adults.

Agree, it was really great to have a chance mid-winter to de-poopify the yard! (dogs)
