Come on now. A little fresh air is not going to kill anyone, even in the winter.

The school year spans three seasons, not just winter and the Christmas and February vacations combined span almost one month of cold weather taking that out of the equation. The idea couldn't be used every single school day but it would reduce overall risk.

You used no emoji so I'll presume you aren't being sarcastic.

In January I took a 5 gallon gas can to be refilled for my snowblower. On the way home it tipped over and the spout wasn't sealed closed. A small amount or gas spilled into the car. I had to drive around for a few weeks with the back windows open to eliminate any lingering fumes/odor. Wearing a normal winter coat, hat and gloves in the car it was still tolerable.

Lets get some facts. What is your definition of cold per the info below? Keep in mind the morning commute is before the sun is fully up. I've had to turn the A/C on warm/hot days early September and June. But the temps on many of these months are pretty cold.

Brockton(as an example) average temps:

September= average temp low 50's to low 70's
October= Low 40's to Low 60's
Nov= Low 30's to Low 50's
Dec= Low 20's to Low 40's
Jan= Teens to Upper 30's
Feb= Low 20's to Upper 30's
Mar= Upper 20's to Upper 40's
April= Mid 30's to Upper 50's (RAIN)
May= Mid 40's to Upper 60's
June= Mid 50's to Upper 70's

December through early March. I consider the 20's and below as cold with normal four season clothing.

Hmm...8:30pm and no COVID report from the state. I’ve never seen it delayed this long

This isn't great for the state's anxiety crisis!

Something funky happened with reporting this week. I'm hoping the much higher number of new cases is the result of massive testing in high-risk areas and some kind of backlog.

Do we know if testing at workplaces is filtered in here as well? My employer is contracted with the Broad and anticipate capacity for 1000 tests a day in a few weeks.
