He referenced a hockey cluster that happened a few months ago but rinks are still open I guess.

He recognized the spread occurred at a tournament with kids and parents spending a lot of time together.

Right, but positive rates are increasing as well. We're at nearly 5.5% positive for the 7 day average - double what we were a month ago and astronomically higher than the sub <1% figures we were seeing in the summer. So numbers aren't just rising because we're testing more.
