Where are you located?

The last Ford I purchased was at Unique Ford in Goffstown, NH. A small, no pressure dealership.

Last year, I looked at a new Expedition at Jannell Ford in Hanover, MA, and they also seemed easy to deal with.

Jack Madden?

You could try Rodman Ford on Rte. 1 in Foxborough, near the stadium. We’ve bought a few cars from them. Your experience will vary depending on your salesperson.

I had good luck with Imperial in Mendon, but I had the A-plan.
Finance guy wasn't a complete butt head either.

I'm shocked he wasn't shopping for a Prius.

Out of curiosity, I hit the Ford site and built an AWD turbo 10k GVWR high roof extended cargo van. $50K MSRP. A base model is $35K. I realize nobody pays sticker but even at a steep discount, that's still an expensive van.

I've purchased a bunch of Ford's and found that the salesmen tend to be the main driver of the bad experience. I've had a bad salesman, left, and then returned 2-3 days later and found a different salesman and have had a much better experience.

My last vehicle purchase was at York Ford. I even had a great experience with having some service done there recently. However, even they have bad reviews online so YMMV.

While they don't have the greatest reputation, I had a good experience at Quirk Ford. Salesman was very non-pushy and easy to deal with.

I don't have experience with the sales department, but I have had recall work done at Rodman and the service department was phenomenal.
