4 shots in the air. Wonder what that was about.

Hopefully those 4 bullets landed somewhere harmless. The angle he shot at, unfortunately, means they probably continued on a ballistic trajectory all the way until they struck something.

Probably some kind of warning shot, totally foolish way to do that though. Notice how the guy interviewed says he's "not surprised". The South End is a gang ridden area.

In the past members of my family hunted. I don't care what you fire but anything shot in the air ultimately comes down. I hope it was harmless but you really can't tell by the video. If someone wants loud sounds just stick to fireworks.

He seems to be shooting parallel to the street at about a 45 degree angle up, and doesn't adjust the angle as he's walking either, so I don't think he's trying to actually shoot anything. Not what I'd want to hear the locals doing outside my house at night in any case though.

A long time ago there was somebody on the top of the tower in Springfield that was popping shots. It woke me up he tossed the gun and then was later arrested in the standoff. He wasn't planning to kill anybody but at that height literally the entire neighborhood heard that.

it might sound a little bit weird but for a long time places like the Middle East gunshots were actually used as a form of communication (flat land areas) . It's say a few were at a given time but those days are long gone. I actually heard a story about some kid falling around and fired off some shots and then about a half an hour later a group of guys showed up and said I'm sorry about the death of your father just like people are conditioned to cure sounds like a police cruiser and pull over for a fire truck
