I wouldn't be surprised to see Curtatone run for Governor in 2022 or for US Senate in 2024.
Yes. And he will be great.

Mayor to MA Governor is a political downgrade, IMO. I doubt he can beat an incumbent Senator. Maybe he knows Warren is leaving but I have no idea where she would go.

IMO, it's a natural progression. It's a bigger population, bigger budget, bigger stage. Would he be able to beat Maura Healey?

He's not going to run again Pressley - he'd get crushed. Unless she's off to bigger and better things.

In 2024, Warren will be 75 and may be ready to retire. He's a progressive and may be able to fill her position ideologically.

I mentioned this in another thread. You have no real power as Governor since the State Senate can (and will) do whatever they want. Even any of Baker's opening/closing decisions could easily be overridden if they felt strongly enough.

Maybe he thinks Warren will leave.

Who owned the land in this scenario? And would it ever be possible with this arrangement fit the triple decker to be torn down and rebuilt?

It’s a condominium. The association owns the land and the unit owners each own a share of the association. I presume the three owners could vote to rip the structure down and replace it.

Referencing the title of this thread, the ex-mayor of Fall River has his sentencing hearing next month. He’s certainly highly likely to “leave” for a while.
