Living in WMass I always said CEE until one day at work a co-worker corrected me and told me it was ZEE. She was an older person, originally from somewhere around Quincy, whom I would assume would know and she was quite adamant about it. ZEE.

This has always been an issue with new news personalities at Boston broadcast stations. They can't (or haven't been told how to) pronounce "Quincy" or "Woburn". Never fails.
