I mean that in jest. Don't take it too seriously.

The four avocados on my kitchen counter are still rock-hard.

Today’s beach report: The water temperature on Buzzards Bay is now low 70s. Woods Hole has 70.3F. It felt a bit warmer than that on my beach.

They're really garbage here. Not worth buying at all. Another reason to eat in season produce that is local.

I absolutely don't miss Massachusetts winters. Give me a beautiful day in October where the highs are around the mid to high 50s and the lows around the high 30s, and that's about my happy place.

I was drenched in sweat after the first hole of my round of golf last night. It was brutal. Wasn’t even enjoyable due to the heat.

Looking forward to some relief this weekend

Yesterday was incredibly hot. I will still take that over being freezing.

Yeah, I didn't envy you when you said you were golfing.

We actually popped over to the beach after work. It was still pretty crowded (though not midday on a holiday weekend busy), but with the breeze and elevated temps, it was still extremely comfortable to get some sun and take an evening swim.

We have Sox tickets for tonight and there's a part of me that hopes the showers/thunderstorms roll in earlier than expected and postpone the thing. The forecast says nearly 90 at first pitch and that's just too hot to be in a packed stadium.

Sunset at the beach was beautiful last night, and the dogs went berserk in the water. It's about the only thing I want to do outside of AC this week.

Same here. I usually do an early morning run, but I haven't the past few days.

We went to a WooSox game last night. It was brutal. When it started to rain there was much rejoicing!
Anywho have a great night. I will pray to the rain gods for you!

Unrelated but Polar Park was mobbed last night. This was my first weekday game. I was shocked how crowded it was for that heat and on a weekday.
