Erma/Raft (rent, landlord, move)

Good morning,
I have a question. I lost my job and had to apply to Raft/Erma for the rent I owed, I was approved for a certain amount which would pay the rent here until the end of Feb. 2022.
I just looked on the bldg website and it states that I haven't paid Jan. 2022 rent with a 75 dollar late fee. I called the landlord explaining that it should show that the rent had been paid till the end end of feb. 2022.
The answer was that they get the money from raft/erma for the rent on a monthly basis and that it can take month's before he receives it.

Why would raft/erma pay the money in rent for 2021 in 1 time but sit on the 2 month's for the new year.

The Landlord also took me to court to evict me, but the behind rent was paid till the end of dec.2021 and did not cancel the eviction. I now have a new court date for the 20th of Jan. 2022, He says the court date is there so that I move out by the end of Feb. 2022.
I am so confused and have a bad feeling that he is lying to me.
