I think most people might take that over 10 million bucks. You can also walk to the beach from a free parking lot. If I had 10 million I don't think I'd spend it on either of these homes.
It’s $10.6m for the 3.2 acres on the beach and $400k for the old ranch. Not how I’d spend $11m if I had $11m burning a hole in my pocket, but maybe if I had $100m (realistically, I’d buy in Maine if I had that money). Some jerk in Illinois one the MegaMillions so neither are realistic scenarios.
