To be honest I have seen some pedestrian paved areas that could accommodate a car then I recall one funny incident in college but they really are not meant for that. If you think that is bad think about what life is like as a trucker. Oftentimes GPS tells you how to get there but they don't exactly specifically say where the loading dock is. Turning around a big rig because there's right turn on me and left turn only and having the inability of actually turning and let alone backing up is not easy

OMG... I have seen more that one news story with an older driver breaking suddenly through a storefront when they are parked in front and later step on the gas pedal when meaning to step on the brake. But this wasn't sudden like that - this lady piloted the car slowly into the mall and just didn't seem to know where she was.
At least they are taking her license and no one got hurt.
