Can the MORONS running this joint get any more clueless???

I say that if their "brains aren't fully developed until 25", then I say they shouldn't be voting until that age either.

If their brains aren't fully developed until 25 then they shouldn't be voting, drinking alcohol, buying lottery tickets or marijuana until 25 either.

in other words let's let more people get away murder.

So sad what is happening in our society. If you kill someone why should you ever get to function as a normal person in society.

It is also absurd that people can vote and get married, join the military, get a gun at 18, drive a car at 16...but let's just help murderers and people who commit felonies at those ages.

It does say that murder is not included in this bill. I imagine, they figure the chances of it passing would be slim if it didn't.

I didn't catch that...I mean if someone commits murder at 15 (which happens) they are a severely disturbed person.

You gonna pay for 7 extra years of juveniles? If they cant drive or get married or go to clubs then I doubt they'll be able to work full time either.

This would lead to economic disaster.

Exactly. You turn 18, you're an adult and should be treated as such under the law.

So why should crimes not apply then?

I don't really care either way. Dont think it will make a difference to them or to others.

With the current state of our justice system, you're probably right.
