Just seeing if anyone knows of any nice apartments complexes in Newton or Watertown? I've been doing some research but haven't really found anything. I'm looking to spending up to $1,500/month.

You should be able to rent a 1, 2, and possibly 3 bdrm apartment in w'town for 1500, but it will be in a multi-family dwelling, most likely.

We are moving to Avalon at Newton Highlands next month. I have never been there in person, but from their website it looks awesome.

I was looking at that place but I just don't see the point in spending almost $2,000/month for a one bedroom apartment.

Default archstone watertown square

I live at the archstone complex in watertown square and it is somewhat expensive but you get a lot for your money. I pay $1800 for a 1 bedroom but you could probably get a studio for less. Plus we have a gym, underground garage and the apts are brand new. so for me the price is worth it.

Hi Malamarz,

Do you like the Archstone in Watertown? That is one place I'm interested in but paying $1,800/month for a one bedroom just seems like a lot.
