This is all well and good for this time of year. What are you going to do about the real colder nights? You might want to think about the Somerville YMCA may be? I think they're open to situations like yours??? So check them out to see if they have a bed/room for you!!! I think you better do this soon before it's too late with so many guys like you in your situation these days! You're not going to like it when it's freezing cold out around here, it's brutal out there, so check out the Somerville Y, it's not too far from where you work either...

Hey, good luck and keep us all posted here! Hope things are still going good with the love of your life too!

P.S. There's always Pine Street Inn too...but if I were you? I'd go to the Y first in Somerville...

You'll be surprised at how little money you will save living in your van. That's from personal experience. You'll pay more in gas and repairs, you'll want entertainment rather than hanging out in your van, you'll need to eat out more. Tip: get a really good sleeping bag.

Not all Walmarts allow parking overnight. Here's a map showing those that do and don't: Walmart Massachusetts Locations Map - Wal-Mart Guide

I agree with the other posters. Walmart is your friend. Maybe join a planet fitness because they are super cheap. I think they have showers. For some strange reason, I'm envious. So much freedom living out of one's van.
