Recently saw this project. Any feedback? Good? Bad? Ugly?

The Master Plan includes:
• A modern corporate community, consisting of 2.2 million square feet of office space that will be ideal for Life Science, Technology, and other innovative companies.
• A retail district designed to address the needs of every day life such as a health club, dry cleaners, and neighborhood restaurants.
• A residential neighborhood with nearly 2,700 urban dwellings, complete with city blocks, stoops, street lamps, views of the Charles, and on-site parking.
• 10-acres of green space featuring walking paths, a pond, and a multi-use trail that connects with the Charles River, as well as a 5,000-square foot Pavilion.
• A location that’s unbeatable – with easy access to both major highways and public transportation including the relocation of the Lechmere MBTA Station, and the Green and Orange Lines within a short walking distance.

There's a broker's blog that I read (very knowledgeable about Boston-area condos), and he says this is one of the most exciting new condo developments that he's looking forward to. But he wrote recently something about a judge overturning another judge's decision about allowing Northpoint to be built close to some reservation land or something like that. So for now, construction is allowed to continue for the first phase, but the future of the masterplan as a whole might be in question. They're still waiting for more information on that whole mess.
