I was thinking of attending wyotech, and the school is based in Bedford. I'd like to try to get an apt in or close to that area. I was just wondering if there are safe places around there, w/ any attractions. An area thats not too expensive, yet safe enough to walk around at night and close to, if not in Bedford.
WyoTech's Boston Campus, formerly known as East Coast Aero Tech, is based at Hanscom Field, which is one of the busiest airports in New England serving both military and civilian aviation requirements.
The Bedford area is safe. The real question is what is "not too expensive" mean. How far of a commute are you willing to have? 15 minutes? 30 minutes or 45 minutes?

Thanks in advance!!
Try Katahdin Woods apartments on the border of Lexington and Bedford. I lived there for a year. It is in the woods and is very private and in walking or biking distance to all of Bedford, the path to Lexington Center, etc. They take dogs too. You will hear the ocassional plane flying overhead which takes getting use to but a very safe and lovely area. Really miss it there. We had a two bedroom, two bath for $1650 the backed to the woods and has it's own W/D.
Thanks for all the replys. Expense isn't much of an issue. Glad to know that it is a very nice and safe area. Looking forward to going. Thanks again for all the help!!
