I know Spag's was bought out by building 19. I kinda miss them but then I met Ollie's.

Ollie's I don't think is in Mass yet but it's growing quite a bit
It pretty much IS building 19.

They hired the same person to do the art work. I emailed him and thought they'd be a lawsuit. They still say "Good Stuff Cheap". Soup to nuts it's nearly 100% building 19.

Interesting. Looks like they have on in Woonsocket, RI and one in CT. I miss the Building 19 of yore, not the dump that it turned into later such as the former Spag's location.

I grew up in Shrewsbury and used to go to Spag's all the time. This was probably in the 90s. I remember getting hot dogs at the entrance. They were so good. I remember the place being so huge, but I was a young kid. Everything looked big back then. I also remember Spag's had another little store at the other parking lot. Much smaller, maybe they were selling specialty stuff. Hardware store, perhaps?

Those statues in Spag's freaked me out.

The last two to three years of building 19 it just turned to crap. I don't think they could source as much let alone sort. I recall a sign being put up about dented cans

Ollies certainly looks better than job lot that's for sure. I don't mind shopping at job lot but seriously does anyone clean the floors
