There has been a lot of talk on the radio about tax increases. Has anyone been following this? What is the latest? Will the sales tax increase? Gas tax? Income tax? What are people hearing?

My Guess is no Income, yes gas tax & probably sales tax.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a little of all three. They will sneak each one of them somehow. They talk about it, people get upset...so they wait and then make it seem like they are doing us a favor by only raising taxes less than what they previously had talked about.

Well, here comes the 6.25% new sales tax. There will still be a toll increase or gas tax increase in the future (or both). I'd be fine with a 7% sales tax if they want to remove the state income tax. Remember when they scared everyone last election saying if the state income tax was removed they would have to raise taxes...people should have voted yes because they were and are going to raise your taxes anyways.
