Hi everyone. I have some family who are first time home buyers looking in the Falmouth, MA area. I'm in NH so I don't know any agents down there. Could someone give me a referral of an experienced REALTOR who knows that area and would be a great buyer's agent for my family members?

My folks worked with Marietta Nilson and loved her: (508) 432-3411. If you call please tell her Simmi's daughter gave you her name. We also called her before when we were thinking of getting a place in the area and she was really honest with us about the good and bad of various places.
