Hi - at the beginning of July we have moved to the Pioneer Valley. We are renting in Holyoke for the summer while we look at communities/schools/etc. for our purchase home. (it could be anywhere from Amherst/north to Wilbraham/east to Westfield/west to just over the CT border/south) I need to get a new cell phone and wondering with the mountains if there are some that are better than others with reception?
Thanks for your help.

Default Verizon

you can also get the Fios TV package with fios, phone and internet. the internet is very fast, and the tv seems like a sharper crisper image--imho in New England with the Verizon Network it has the best overall coverage area

I had been forced by a former employer to use ATT, which especially from Brimfield west and Hadley north(the area you are talking about)was awful. As the previous post stated Verizon seems to have the best coverage. Understand though that regardless with the phobic nature some of the areas have about cell towers you are going to have coverage issues.
