What is the cost of your health insurance?
Individual or family plan?
What portion does your employer pay?

I am an employer.

Our BCBS plan- that has a deductible is currently $1265 per month for a family plan.

What BCBS considered to be the same plan in 2009 was $980 per month- I say they considered it the same because previously covered medications are no longer covered and meds that aren't covered do not count towards any deductibles.

It's the pay more, get less plan.

We currently pay 50% of our employees health insurance.
