I would give an arm and a leg, but I'll follow holden125's advice. Keep them, save, and move there.

My experience so far is that people in MA is friendly...BUT I just moved from DC area where people will NOT LOOK OT TALK AT YOU AT ALL .... take the metro and you will see it growded and SILENCE...people are only connected to their phones, laptops or reading a book...
