Default newbury st.

Newbury St. in Boston is where all the "high Priced" shops are. Don't know about the rent there, though. Newbury St. is in copley square.

If Newbury street Boston that is generally a high end area though it depends on whether you are Boston Garden end or Mass Pike end. If you are Boston Garden end or middle then it would be a very fun hip place to be

It could be boston. If it is boston, Newbury Street is in the back bay section of Boston. Personally it's my favorite part of boston. At that price it's probably at the upper end of Newbury. Newbury is an interesting street, at the beginning you have shops like cartier and armarni (sp?) and at the end of newbury you have shops that are funkier, more hip (consignment shops, urban outfitters - don't know if it's still there) and everything from nike, betsy johnson and banana republic in between.

You mean Mass Ave? 360 Newbury St. is a new luxury development on the Mass Ave side of Newbury St. which also sits across from the Hynes convention center. It is a little cheaper on that end and seems a little funkier/not-as-high-class as the Public Garden end, but it's coming around. Either way, that whole stretch is only 1 mile so it's not like a totally different neighborhood or anything. If you wanna live on Newbury St. then any part would be ok.

Default !?!?

Wow...Even a studio at that price seems VERY inexpensive, especially for Newbury Street...(Or any where in that immediate area, for that matter...) I live west of Boston, and I don't think you can find any apartments, studio or otherwise, for $900.

I'm concerned. If it is in fact Newbury Street in Boston that rent is alltogether to low. Or its a government subsidized property. A studio on Newbury should run 1600.00 - 1800.00 "BEWARE"
