I have read a lot of great information about Oahu and the Big Island, and I look forward to being able to visit, but I was wonder what insite anyone could offer into Maui. I think there are a few of us planning to end up there and I know the islands are so different that it is impossible to plan a move to Maui based on information about Oahu or the Big Island. Is the homelessness/houselessness as big of a problem on Maui as it is on Oahu? I know the housing is a bit more expensive. What is there to do on Maui? Which beaches are the best? Any good local restaurants we should go to? How is the traffic? Any young couples there (20s-30s)? Is it better to rent or buy? Mahalo!!
