These kinds of headline constructions are a recent phenomenon at FoxNews.com, and are proliferating:
"People with this blood type more at risk: study"

"China knows this American weakness, and media helping out, Tucker says"

"BEN SHAPIRO: Coronavirus and China – Here's what Americans should consider"

"Some experts recommend against using this painkiller for symptoms"

Titles that try to get people to click rather than inform them is click-bait.

Its annoying and should stop.

I think it is far better than another trend I've been seeing.
Lots of news sites have misleading titles and then when you read the actual story you learn how misleading title was and how much more there is to the story. Unfortunately many many people only read the headlines.
Atleast with these clickbait ones you actually have to open it and read some of the article.

Shall I start listing all the click bait titles I've found lately when I try to find valid information on the pandemic - the left are more more worse than the right because there are more of them. I guess you don't actually read the liberal media - just listen to it if you think Fox thought this up all on their own. By the way - I don't listen or read Fox but this is how petty you all are getting and why I probably won't be voting for a Democrat.
