His apology wasn't an apology at all.
He didn't apologize for what they were doing at all. In fact they doubled down on it.

Kayleigh and James Woods have also had their accounts locked for tweeting this story about Biden's corruption.

I retweeted the crap out of a few people who tweeted it. It gave me the warning before allowing me to go to the NYP article. But I'm a nobody.

Notice the media's immediate reaction was to censor and shutdown, not engaging in their usual "fact check" routine.

Well they basically announced they were going to shut down conservatives about a month before the election.

There are reasons both Twitter and Facebook both declined to re-broadcast the Post's story.

1. There's no proof the man who dropped off the laptop was really Hunter Biden.
2. There's no proof the laptop belonged to Biden.
3. Publishing someone's personal information is a crime.
4. There is a strong possibility this was a planted laptop as part of a disinformation campaign.

The chain of custody of the evidence is highly partisan, including Giuliani. It's tainted evidence.
When you've got proof this evidence is real, then we'll talk.

That isn't their call and where was their investigation into this? They blocked it before their fact checkers even looked at it. So your story is full of holes.

That's funny. The New York Times didn't have the same problem for its report on Trump's tax returns. Why not? The real reason is that are trying to tip the scales and get Biden elected.
