I think you're accurate on this because I used to be a little right of Bill but now we seem to be in alignment on views with maybe some minor exceptions but I like watching his videos when he puts them out on YT. I get a good laugh when he calls politicians out on their stupid behavior.
It's been a while since Bill's shared some really funny stuff but he finally did today. I get tired of the gloom and doom news and messages so this is a nice way to balance the scales. I'm not sure if I'm a "meh voter" or not but I know for certain who I won't be voting for
In many past Presidential elections he has donated a million dollars to the Democrats.
I wonder if he will in 2024?
He states that in the video (that he has donated a couple of million dollars in the past). Not sure he will this year since he's been receiving a lot of mail from people begging ... uh, I mean asking for donations. They must be hurting. The letter he shares in the video is hilarious, though.
Finally, one of Bill's videos popped up on YT this weekend. There's usually three that he releases and in one, he made a comment and something I have to remember if I want to remain on social media.
He said only 7 to 8% on each side make up the extremists but they get 90% of the social media attention. He added that 92% of the tweets in this country come from 10% of the users. He asked why are we letting 15% of the population make us miserable? It's like letting a crying baby fly the plane.
Never a dull moment with Bill. I can always count on him to put everything in perspective.
Bill is clearly well grounded on the left. Rarely says anything nice about the GOP or Trump. But he is willing to call out the left when he thinks they go to far. And whether it be trans children or cancelling the police or any number of things that might make it appear he is agreeing with conservatives. He is really not. He is just trying to steer liberals away from positions that are going to hurt them more than help them.
