New York has lost Billions in taxable income to Florida, & California's lost Billions to Texas due to wealthy taxpayers fleeing the state.

New Yorkers have fled, & are still fleeing, New York's high cost of living, high taxes, & gestapo-like covid restrictions. The Free State of Florida is their #1 destination...which makes Florida the Left's villain.

So many left, that New York's Governor Horchul may lose her election bid...to a Republican Blasphemy!

The Left must install massive fear into the minds of their minions so they'll return to New York, and so no more will dare flee.

Californians are fleeing their home state too, so the media must be distpatched to that troubled state too, to stem the tide of the exodus to Texas...another Red state that is winning.

Can you smell the Left's desperation? I wonder how much they are paying Dr. Doom Roubini to spout this propaganda?

Are those jobs filled and apartments empty? DD informs me that more than a handful are buying smaller regular homes a commuting distance from Manhattan, but staying in the city for school and work. going to the other house Friday to Monday AM.

No news here about people moving to Texas. It was known in the 90's that the population increase along I 35 in Texas was going to be from the Red River to Mexico.

Democrats reap what they sow. Media can try all they want to paint a flowery picture but the taxes and crime trump all illusions.

The headline chosen by the OP and the information presented in the actual link have nothing in common.

OP:
Quote:
Leftist media's trying to slow & reverse New York's exodus
The actual headline for the article:
Quote:
NYU's 'Dr. Doom' says New Yorkers who moved to Florida, Texas, says states won't 'survive' climate change
Reality: Some NYU professor interviewed for some obscure Bloomberg podcast says New Yorkers who move to other states will be sorry when climate change renders "'half' of the United States underwater or under extreme heat."

More reality: His actual topic in this article is real estate investments.

Kinda cool when you actually read the article, eh?
